Her consulting practice blends behavioral science, team building, people skills, communication and sales training into bottom line performance strategies.

Sharlene's clients are coast-to-coast and represent a myriad of industries. She is a Strategic Partner with other prominent DISC consultants and also develops international DISC training tools. Her popular 'DISC Clues of the Week' provide fast, fun and effective implementation of the DISC behavioral model in the corporate environment throughout the United States, Europe and Australia.

She has contributed community service and leadership to the local Chambers, ABWA, industry organizations and as an Executive-in-Residence Guest Lecturer for SIU-Carbondale College of Business.
